PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the cooperation with a workflow or existent job system without changing an existent mail infrastructure by providing a mail HUB agent and providing the mail HUB agent with at least one mail address capable of connecting and inputting/outputting various kinds of mail as an input/output interface for mail. SOLUTION: A mail agent 103 has at least one mail address for transmitting/ receiving main and executes workflow control such as routing or monitoring according to the defined result of the workflow by instructing it from an existent mail client 101 through mail to the mail address. The mail HUB agent 103 is composed of a message receiving part 110, a message interpreting part 112, a mail action processing part 114, a message constituting part 116, a message distributing part 118, a mail interpolation DB 111, an interpretation rule DB 113 and a message template DB 117. |
