PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make unitarily manageable the NC program of an NC machine tool. SOLUTION: This program controller is constituted of a communicating means to form a network by plural NC machine tools M and a managing machine (a) with a storage part to create a specified NC program to control each of the plural NC machine tools M and to simultaneously store the created specified NC program via a communication line and a control means MC to load the specified NC program stored in the storage part according to a request from the side of each of the plural machine tools or store save data created on the side of each of the plural NC machine tools in its storage part, if necessary.
