The invention concerns a method for producing antibodies in egg yolk comprising a step which consists in immunising aviaries with a naked DNA coding for a protein antigen, collecting the eggs and optionally purifying the antibodies produced in the egg yolks. The invention also concerns the use of the resulting antibodies for human or veterinary immunotherapy and for diagnosis.
