PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process pictures with constant quality by enabling a person who does not become skillful at operation of a device to easily set processing contents. SOLUTION: This device is a picture processor performing processings of pictures selectively. Here, the device is provided with an operation means (touch panel type input device) inputting an instruction for the processing of the picture, a control means 10 performing the control of the processing of the picture and the processing of the picture based on the instruction from the operation means and a storage means 16 storing the processing contents of the picture which are inputted from the operation means and the device is designed so as to advance the processings of the pictures according to at least either the specific processing contents of the past stored in the storage means 16 or statistical data of the processing contents of the past.
