PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain jerking to impart adequate resistance to turning action and to impart a spring characteristic to the turning action so as to improve the mountability of spectacles by holding resin ornaments in housing parts of temples and bringing the resin ornaments into pressurized contact with the outer peripheral surfaces of the bearing parts of wraparound endpieces. SOLUTION: An opening formed by branches 3b and 3c is the housing part 6 in which the resin ornament 5 as an energizing member is housed. The resin ornament 5 is formed to an elliptic shape which is nearly the same as the shape of the housing part 6 and is formed with the recessed groove 5a to be fitted with the branches 3b and 3c on its outer periphery. While the resin ornament is exchangeable as desired, the resin ornament retains the state that the resin ornament is fitted into the housing part 6. The end 5b of the resin ornament 5 is held in pressurized contact with the bearing part 2a in the state that the resin ornament 5 is fitted into the housing part 6 and, therefore, the impartation of the jerking by the sliding resistance to the opening and closing (turning) action of the temple 3 is made possible. Also, the opening action of the temple 3 in an abutment position may be stopped.
