PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cold storage material for mixer bowl which can easily and economically applied to an existing mixer bowl by detachably attaching the material to the external surface of the bowl and can efficiently cool the bowl. SOLUTION: A cold storage material 10 for mixer bowl is formed by housing a cold storage body in a bag body so that the material 10 may be attached detachebly to the external surface of a mixer bow B for manufacturing bread. When the bag body is viewed from the upside, the body has a continuous upper end 12 and a lower end 13 which is notched at prescribed intervals in continuous V-shaped waves and is formed in a semispheric shape so as to surround the semispheric bottom section B1 of the bowl B by bringing both ends 11a and 11b of the body closer to each other in such a state that the upper end 12 forms a ring and the notches on the lower end 13 are closed. In order to make the bag body to be closely fitted to the external surface of the bowl B, it is preferable to use, as the bag body, the one having flexibility even at a low temperature.
