<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate vehicle abnormality notifying device provided with both an emergency notifying function and an anti-theft notifying function because a conventional anti-theft device can neither notify an owner at a remote place of appropriate information nor has a means detecting the location of a vehicle that has undergone a theft. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle abnormality notifying device is provided with an abnormality detecting part 13 for detecting the abnormality of a vehicle, a positional information detecting part 16 for detecting information on the position of the vehicle, a personal information inputting part 11 for inputting the personal information of a passenger and a personal information deciding part 12 for deciding whether the personal information belongs to a prescribed person. Then, a notifying part 14 automatically notifies at least the positional information to a prescribed contact address in the case the part 13 detects abnormality.</p> |
