PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grinder of pipes for reactor which can grind specific positions inside a riser tube as a preliminary process of the case laser desensitization processing and the like is applied to the piping and components placed inside and outside of the reactor pressure vessel, for example, riser tube inner surface of jet pump. SOLUTION: Specific positions inside the piping placed inside and outside a reactor pressure vessel is ground by rotating, turning and moving up and down a grinding member in a state of being fixed coaxially to the pipe inner surface with a grinder 30. The grinder 30 is constituted of an electric motor 38 to which a wire brush 45 is attached inside the first body 37, a pipe 36 placed in the center of the second body 35, an air cylinder 33 placed by connecting at left and right of a pipe 36, a first and a second legs 31a and 31b of pantograph mechanism attached to the air cylinder 33 and a guide roller 32 attached to the first and second legs 31a and 31b.
