PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a material storage transmitter/method whose manufacturing cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: A plurality of conversion means 2 that respectively and independently convert reproduction signals generated in response to reproduction of materials into transmission signals corresponding to various broadcast signals are placed on one and the same board, and a conversion means 2 that generates a transmission signal corresponding to a desired broadcasting system among a plurality of the conversion means 2 is selectively operated. Thus, the adjustment of the boards different from each destination and the inventory management of the boards are not required, resulting in reducing the manufacture cost.
