PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer with a product at a low cost, with short delivery date and to simultaneously promote the standardization of components in a factory by preferentially using standard components in the case of product design to satisfy specification requested from the customer. SOLUTION: An order is received from a terminal 10 on the customer side to input the required specification on the customer side via a network by a terminal 20 on the factory side of this order reception system. The specification requested from the customer is received, various production management data bases 90 in a production management system 80 constructed in a production management server 30 by a recommended specification retrieving part 60, recommended specification is retrieved and its result is outputted to the terminal on the customer side by a received order processing part 50 by a delivery responding system 40 constructed inside the terminal 20 on the factory side.
