PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply confirm the contents of a reserving situation by displaying a calendar consisting of plural date frames by each inspecting item and displaying the numbers of persons in a reserved situation in the date frames based on stored reservation information data. SOLUTION: An operation part 30 is connected with a control part 10 by means of a keyboard, a mouse, e.g. and outputs an inspection item and a receiving date by a date frame selected by operating a calendar display means 11. At this time, the means 11 displays a calendar picture by each inspection item on a display part 20 based on reservation information data of a database DB. In the calendar picture, a field of the receiving month, a button by each inspection item and plural date frames are displayed. In the date frame, a date and the number of persons to be additionally reserved are shown. Since the means 11 displays the number of persons in a reserved situation in a date frame based on reservation information data in the database DB like this, a reserving situation can simultaneously and easily be confirmed only by preparing plural terminals. |
