PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling with a switching valve, which permits miniaturization, easy connection of a fluid supplying pipe for inspection to a charging port (connecting unit for inspection) and the improvement of workability in air-tight inspection. SOLUTION: An operating shaft 20 for operating a switching valve 17 to open and close a heat medium main passage 15 is constituted of a valve body whose one part is constituting a switching valve 17 to effect the communicating and intercepting function of the heat medium main passage 15 by opening and closing the switching valve 17, a communicating passage 21 formed in the shaft and communicated with the heat medium main passage 15, and a charge port 22 provided at a predetermined position so as to be communicated with the communicating passage 21. In this case, the operating shaft 20 is constituted so as to communicate the charge port 22 with a terminal instrument side connecting unit 14 at least from the charge port 22 toward the terminal instrument side connecting unit 14 when the switching valve 17 is closed and the heat source machine side connecting unit 12 is positioned at a place intercepted from the terminal instrument side connecting unit.
