PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multiplayer ceramic capacitor whose mounting area is reduced. SOLUTION: A plurality of dielectric layers 1a-1f and inner electrode layers 2a-2c, 11a-11e are laid alternately in layers and provided with outer electrodes 6a, 6b, thus obtaining two or more multilayer capacitor parts 3, 4 having different capacities. Concerning to multilayer capacitor parts 3, 4 adjacent in the thickness direction, layer interval of one multilayer capacitor part 3 is set equal to or wider than that of the other multilayer capacitor part 4.
