PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard disk arm which permits the quantity of its parts to be reduced and is easy to be manufactured while ensuring the assembly accuracy. SOLUTION: This hard disk arm is constituted by fitting projecting parts 14A, 14B which are formed at swing arms 10A, 10B and are subjected to drawing for making the projecting end sides thereof smaller into each other, thereby stacking the swing arms 10A, 10B with a prescribed interval. Further, a caulking part 51 of a caulking jig 50 is force-fitted into the inner periphery of the projecting parts 14A, 14B to form a unit consisting of the swing arms 10A, 10B and then to mold a resin molded part 13 which holds this unit and a driving coil part 20 in one body.
