PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a sheet layer in a series of steps for disk device assembling, and to simplify and shorten a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: By forming a sheet layer 11c to cover the upper surface of a clamping magnet instead of the coating of the clamping magnet, magnetic impacts during junction/separation between the clamping magnet and the yoke plate of a pressing part lower surface are easily softened at the time of disk loading, and even when peeled pieces are generated, the scattering is prevented. In addition, by further providing an adhesive layer on the lower surface of the sheet layer 11c, the forming process of the sheet layer 11c is more simplified/shortened.
