PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk rotary-driving device capable of surely holding a minidisk and a compact disk. SOLUTION: This disk rotary-driving device is provided with a spindle motor 1 for rotatably supporting a rotary shaft, a turntable 2 having a first magnet 7 fixed to the rotary shaft, an adapter 3 loaded on the turntable 2, and a clamper 4 having a second magnet 11. The first magnet 7 attracts a first disk having a plate to hold it on the turntable, the first and second magnets attract each other, the second magnet attracts the adapter, the second disk is held between the clamper 4 and the adapter 3. The first and second magnets 7 and 11 have different magnetic polarities for magnetic poles adjacent in the rotational direction of the turntable.
