PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory device generating which is operated by a high frequency and generates less noise. SOLUTION: This memory device comprises a capacitive element C1 connected to an input end for receiving an input signal Vccd through a switch SW1. The switch SW1 has first and second bipolar transistors T1, T2 in which a main current path is arranged in reverse parallel between the input end and the capacitive element C1, and the switch SW1 is provided with a control means for subtracting or injecting a current alternately to bases of the first and the second transistors T1, T2. Compared with a memory device already know, an input signal Vccd is stored with a higher sampling frequency and a lower noise level.
