PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve dispersion of time in which the electromagnetic load is transferred from in an operating state to in a non-operating state when current conduction is interrupted and to stably drive the electromagnetic load. SOLUTION: Solenoids (electromagnetic loads) 101a to 104a of injectors 101 to 104 of this driving device are energized or their current conduction is interrupted by transistors T10 to T40. The transistors T12, T22 are turned on when the solenoids 101a to 104a are energized and stored energy of capacitors C10, C20 is supplied to the solenoids 101a to 104a by an IC 120 for driving. Counter electromagnetic force to be generated in the case of interruption of energization of the solenoids is recovered at diodes D10 to D40 and simultaneously stored in the capacitors C10, C20. Energy quantity of the capacitors C10, C20 is detected and interruption timing of energization of the solenoids 101a to 104a is adjusted according to the energy quantity in the case of interruption of energization of the solenoids 101a to 104a by an ECU 200.
