PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously transmit received signals after frequency conversion to the side of a terminal while using one transmission line concerning a converter with which transmission radio waves from two artificial satellites (BS and CS) launched in the same direction in view from a reception point are received by one receiving antenna and the frequency of that received signal is converted to a received signal for transmission. SOLUTION: This converter for two satellite receiving antenna is composed of a frequency converting part for receiving a right-handed circularly polarized radio wave from a broadcasting satellite(BS) and right-handed and left-handed circularly polarized radio waves from a communication satellite(CS) through one receiving antenna and converting the frequency of the received signal of the right-handed circularly polarized wave through the converter in the case of converting each of respective received signals to the received signal for transmission and a frequency converting part for converting the frequency of the received signal of the left-handed circularly polarized wave and the oscillation frequency of an oscillator for frequency conversion provided in each of respective frequency converting parts is set so that the frequency of a received signal CS(L) of the left-handed circularly polarized wave can be higher than received signals BS and CS(R) of right-handed circularly polarized waves and further, the higher harmonic wave of a signal component f1 as a difference between the oscillation frequencies of respective oscillators cannot be overlapped with the frequency of the received signal.
