<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflection type liquid crystal display device which solves an occupancy area problem of a driver or the like, provides an excellent display picture and is capable of enlarging the screen by arranging a part or the whole of a driving circuit under a reflection electrode. SOLUTION: Plural TFTs are formed on a substrate 200. A TFT composing a pixel part is defined as the pixel TFT 204 and TFTs composing driving circuits such as a source driver and a gate driver are defined as the driving circuit TFTs (a P-channel driving circuit TFT 201, a first N-channel driving circuit TFT 202 and a second N-channel driving circuit TFT 203). Under a pixel electrode 207, which is connected with a drain electrode 206 of the pixel TFT 204 and is made to be a light reflection plate, the driving circuit TFTs (a P-channel driving circuit TFT 201, a first N-channel driving circuit TFT 202 and a second N-channel driving circuit TFT 203) are fabricated.</p> |
