<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant color filter having a fine pattern and a flat surface with which a display having excellent display quality can be obtained with significantly excellent effects as a color filter such as color separation, color correction, antireflection and improvement in the display contrast while correction of colors developed by a phosphor is not limited by the inorganic pigments used. SOLUTION: Patterns 2, 3, 4, 5 consisting of only coloring pigments of a plurality of colors are formed by using photosensitive color compositions by calcining on a transparent substrate. Then a single layer or a plurality of layers of colored glass or glass dyed with colloid to supplement the spectral characteristics of the coloring pigments is formed as an overcoat layer 6 on the coloring pigments to fix the coloring pigments.</p> |
