<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the judgment mistake of parts with luster. SOLUTION: The inspection device is provided with a lighting means 2 for applying light to a body 5 to be inspected with parts to be inspected with luster, an image pickup means 1 for picking up the image of the body, and an image- processing device 3 for eliminating the background color of the parts to be inspected from an image that is picked up by the image pickup means 1, and is configured so that the illumination light of the lighting means 2 has a color without containing the wavelength components of the background color. In this case, it is judged whether an area that a signal with a specific value or larger of the signal after image processing where the background color of the part to be inspected has been eliminated from the image of the body 5 whose image has been picked up by an image pickup means using the inspection device, thus judging whether the body 5 is conforming or not, based on the discrimination result.</p> |
