<p>Flame retardants for resins, which contain as the principal component phosphorinane-type phosphates represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1 and R2 are each independently C1-C6 alkyl; and R3 is C1-C20 alkyl), and which can impart excellent flame retardance to resins without lowering in the physical properties inherent in the resins and are excellent in resistance to hydrolysis and free from halogen; and flame-retarded resin compositions excellent in mechanical characteristics.</p> |
