<p>A novel apoptosis-associated factor which is a novel protein having DED, caspase family-cleavage domain, etc. This protein induces apoptosis in cells. Thus, a compound which is useful in regulating apoptosis can be screened by using this protein as a target. Moreover, the protein per se is useful in regulating diseases with cell proliferation.</p> |
