A mounting seat (10) has C-clips (50) mounted to neck sections (41) to hold pins (40) with one end extended through associated positioning holes (130) in the mounting seat. Both ends of the pins are provided with neck sections respectively engaged with associated engaging holes (21,31). A brake piece (20) includes an outer braking face (22) and engaging holes (21) that face a resilient unit (30). The resilient unit includes engaging holes (31) and corresponding number of pins which extend through associated engaging holes to connect the brake piece and the resilient unit. A connector (12) has one end connected to the resilient unit, and another end actuated by a brake lever to enable the resilient unit and the brake piece to brake the bicycle wheel.
