The invention relates to alkaline, solid, block-shaped cleaning agent formulations that contain a complexing agent from the group of the aminocarboxylic acids and an alkalinity donor from the group of the alkali metal compounds. The amount of potassium ions in the formulation, based on the total of alkali ions, is lower than 10 mole percent. The invention also relates to the use of the inventive agents and to a method of producing them.
