The device has a bearer frame (6) on which an intermediate element is mounted via at least one parallelogram-like holder (17) and link joints (19,20). At least one two-armed lever (21) holder (22) on the intermediate element has at least one soil processing tool (28). One of the control rods (15) of the parallelogram holder has an arm (26) extending beyond the joint (19) linking the control rod to the intermediate element and a strut (30) is mounted with link joints between end of the lever remote from the tool and the arm.
