The present invention pertains to the field of medicine and essentially relates to means for closing and healing wound surfaces having various aetiology. These means accelerate the repair process and provide protection against infectious processes and the formation of scars. This wound-surface closing and healing method involves placing a repairing means at the surface of the wound, wherein said means consists either of bee wax applied on a carrier surface, either of bee wax in the pores of the carrier, either of film-type or granulated bee wax, or of bee wax and/or wax raw material in the form of particles, plates or mesh. The coating for realising this method is made in the form of a bee wax layer, of plates connected together along their edges or of a mesh comprising bee wax and/or wax raw material. The adhesive bandage includes an adhesive carrier as well as a layer of bee wax and/or wax raw material applied thereon.
