A scoop stretcher (10) includes two opposite halves, first (20) and second (30), each comprising an upper part (20s, 30s) and a lower part (20i, 30i). The upper parts (20s, 30s) have a support element (4, 5) that inside comprises a tubular element (2s, 3s) and a hollow bar (6, 7); the support elements (4, 5) being mutually and detachably connectable through the hook means (1s). The lower parts (20i, 30i) have a tubular element (2i, 3i), and a lower support element (8, 9), fixed to the tubular elements (2i, 3i), these latter being fit to slide telescopically inside the related hollow bars (6, 7); the support elements (8, 9) being furthermore mutually and detachably connectable by the hook means (1i). The method for carrying out such stretcher (10) includes the phase of carrying out the stretcher upper part (40), comprising the upper parts (20s, 30s), and the lower part (50), comprising the lower parts (20i, 30i), by means of blowing-moulding operation so forming, using plastic, the support elements (4, 5; 8, 9) provided with a sleeve (12s, 13s, 12i, 13i) fit to include the free end (14s, 15s, 14i, 15i) of the related tubular element (2s, 3s, 2i, 3i) with the related free end (16, 17; 18, 19) of the related hook means (1s, 1i).
