The circuit board has regions or zones which are movable relative to one another. The relatively movable regions or zones (15) are formed by chips which can be displaced or shifted relative to one another. The chips are preferably inserted into a frame, to hold them, together. The frame preferably comprises two frame-parts (162) which accommodate the chips between them. The frame-parts may have windows (164) for allowing external access to the chips positioned between the frame-parts.
