A gearbox housing (16) has two or more shafts (2,4). The shafts are supported by a their respective bearings (12,14). The second shaft (2) axis is transposed with respect to the first. The first bearing (14) has a supply of lubricant delivered from a sump (22,24) via a tube (26,28,30). The sump has an oil trap (24) positioned axially adjacent to and at the lowest point of the second bearing (12) outer ring.
