<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation for separating a solar battery by cutting a substrate and operation for accommodating the separated solar battery in a pallet by separating a plurality of solar batteries being created in the substrate from the substrate, while the substrate is laminated to the substrate. SOLUTION: A glass substrate 1, where a solar battery 4 is formed, is laminated to an empty substrate 5 that is nearly in the same dimensions as the glass substrate 1 via an adhesive layer 6, such as butyl rubber with an output terminal 2 toward the lower side. After that, a cutter for glass is used and scribe lines 7, 7, and 7 are formed at the boundary of the solar battery 4. After that, by applying a force for bending both the sides with the scribe line 7 as a boundary, the glass substrate 1 is cut at the scribe line 7, so that the solar battery 4 becomes a separable state. With a shipment structure in this sort of solar battery, solar battery can be shipped.</p> |
