摘要 <p>The invention relates to an electrical component in which an insulation element (3) has components with different dielectric constants. The distribution of the components, and therefore, of the dielectric constants of the insulation element, is inhomogeneous. In particular, the concentration of a component with a higher dielectric constant is higher in insulation areas that are at risk of disruption than in areas that are less at risk of disruption. According to the inventive production method, a fluid mixture of at least two components with different dielectric constants is introduced into the intermediate area between conductors (1, 2, 6, 7) with a different electrical potential. The different potentials create an electrical field whose inhomogeneities exert a dielectrophoretic force on the components, and therefore lead to a location-dependent distribution of density of the components. This inhomogeneous distribution of density causes the dielectric constants of the mixture to become location dependent, which in turn reduces excesses of the electrical field. The state of the mixture is close to the curve of the spinodal demixing of the mixture since an effective diffusion constant has a low value there, in order to reduce the diffusion of concentrated components.</p>
