<p>This invention relates to electrode substrates for electrochemical cells, particularly low-temperature fuel cells, and processes for their production. Graphitised fiber web structures are used that have a preferred non-planar fiber alignment resulting in high through-plane conductivity e.g. more than 1 Siemens/cm. These structures are further impregnated and processed to adjust the final product properties.</p> |
