Circuit arrangement particularly for heating residential buildings and for preparing warm service water

The proposed circuit arrangement for heating particularly residential buildings and for preparation of warm service water comprised a cogeneration unit (1) with a control unit (43) and two energetic systems for equalizing heat losses of heated units (15). One of these energetic systems is formed by a warm water distribution system and the other by an internal power distribution system (35) being interconnected with public power network (38). The internal power distribution system (35) is connected with the public power network (38) through a service lead (36) via a measuring and checking point (31) with a checking electricity meter (37) and is further connected to a feeding generator (3) of the cogeneration unit (1), whereby the internal power distribution system (35) is further connected to both, via independent electricity meters (40 to a system of parallelly heated units (15) and to all electrical appliances such as heat pump (24) electric motor (44) and electric motors of circulating-water pumps (5, 19, 22, 45, 51).
