APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING CORROSION OF ALUMINUM FOIL EDGE FOR ALUMINUM ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a corrosion of an aluminum foil edge for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor is provided to easily manufacture an aluminum foil of a good quality. CONSTITUTION: Cylinders(5) are installed at upper sides of support covers(4,4'). Mats(6) are installed at insides of the support covers(4,4'). An aluminum foil support member(2) supports both sides of an aluminum foil(7). A hydrated film forming portion(10) injects pure water. A pure water injecting nozzle(9) is installed at lower sides of the support covers(4,4'). A pure water storage bath(11) is installed at one side of a pure water supply pipe(8). A pure water supply pipe(12) is installed at an upper side of the pure water storage bath(11). A heater(13) is installed at a lower side of the pure water storage bath(11). A pure water supply portion heats and supplies pure water at predetermined temperature to the pure water injecting nozzle(9).
