In the present invention there are disclosed heteroaryl piperidines, heteroaryl pyrrolidines and heteroaryl piperazines of the general formula I, in which X represents oxygen, sulfur or an optionally substituted imino group, p is a number of 1 or 2, Y represents hydrogen, a lower alkyl or alkoxyl, hydroxyl, chlorine, fluorine, bromine or iodine, trifluoromethyl, a nitro group or an amino group and Qi1 represents an organic substituent. The aforementioned compounds are effective particularly as antipsychotics and analgesics and they can be therefore used for treating psychoses and relief of pain, particularly in the form of pharmaceutical preparations.
