<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a drafting mechanism of a direct-spinning machine formed by at least three pairs (1, 2, 3) of draw rollers (11, 12; 21, 22; 31, 32) in which one draw roller (12, 21, 32) is provided with a groove (91, 92, 93) and the other draw roller (11, 22, 31) is provided with a ring (81, 82, 83) fitting in the groove (91, 92, 93). The groove (91, 92, 93) and the ring (81, 82, 83) profile forms a space for passage of a sliver (7) having the form of a flat ribbon, wherein the direction of the fibrous ribbon flow the subsequent pair of the draw roller has the roller with the groove in opposite position if compared with the preceding pair of the draw rollers. The individual pairs (1, 2, 3) of the draw rollers (11, 12; 21, 22; 31, 32) are height offset relative to each another and the first pair (1) of the draw rollers (11, 12) is offset relative to a thickening funnel (6) for guiding the sliver (7) onto the draw roller (12, 21, 32) provided with the groove (91, 92, 93) in front of reach of a clamping location (10, 20, 30) with the draw roller (11, 22, 31) with the sliver (81, 82, 83) of the given pair (1, 2, 3) of the draw rollers (11, 12; 21, 22; 31, 32).</p> |
