The invented apparatus for mixing and transportation of mortar, concrete and the like thick materials consists of a mixing tank (1), being connected in its bottom section to a transport piping (24) and being further connected with a piping (15) for upper air and with a piping (14) for bottom air that both are connected to a compressor (8), whereby the upper air piping (15) enters an air space in the mixing tank (1) upper section and the bottom air piping (14) is led out close to the mixing tank (1) in the transport piping (24). In the bottom air piping (14) there is arranged a first multiple-way valve (26) that is connected to a place at which the transport piping (24·) is connected or with the air space of the mixing tank (1) upper section. Transportation process of mortar, concrete and the like thick materials through this apparatus from the mixing tank (1) into the transport piping (24) being connected to said mixing tank (1) bottom section is characterized in that compressed air from a the joint compressor (8) is supplied in the mixing tank (1) upper air space and in the transport piping (24) injection place. Supply of compressed air in the transport piping (24) is automatically opened when a preset pressure at the transport piping (24) or in the mixing tank (1) upper air section as exceeded and is automatically closed when pressure drops below the preset pressure.
