PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove suspension substance and dissolved substance in a pool, and to improve the water quality of the pool with a minimum amount of replenished water. SOLUTION: In a circulation line 2, the pool water is separated hair, etc., with a hair catcher 2, and a flocculant is charged with a flocculant injection device 4, and then the water is filtered with a filter device 5. Subsequently, the filtered pool filtrate is introduced into a reverse osmosis membrane treatment device 9 via an introduction pipe 20, and the introduced pool filtrate is separated dissolved substance with a pretreatment filter and a reverse osmosis membrane. Besides, the water treated with the reverse osmosis membrane is heated with a heat exchanger 6 in the circulation line, and a sterilizing agent is injected with a sterilizing agent injection device 7, and the treated water is returned to the pool 1. Also, concentrated water discharged from the reverse osmosis membrane treatment device 9 is collected in a back-washing discharge water tank 10 via a piping 22, and is transferred to the upstream of the hair catcher 2 via a piping 23 at a back-washing time, and is used as back-washing water of the filter device 5.
