PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the washing of a mixing vessel when changing kinds of power to be mixed. SOLUTION: In this device, a turntable 13 is provided on a turning axis 12 supported on a frame 11 and a mixing chamber 14 is attachably and detachably supported on the turnable 13. In the mixing vessel 14, a bag 20 is replaceably fitted, and powder 1 is fed into the bag 20 to enable mixing work. With the vessel opening being held in a central hole part 15A of a cover 15 by a cap 16, pressurized air is given from a pressurized air feeder 17 to stick the bag 20 to the inner surface of the mixing vessel 14 and the cover 15 so as to follow the shape of the inner surface thereof with the powder 1 being housed.
