PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a bearing supporting member for performing journalling of a spindle for performing opening and closing operations for an opening/closing cover of a piece feeding port and performing journalling of a turntable, to make the manufacturing easy and to easily perform assembling of a device with a machine frame of an automatic mah-jong table and removing of the device for maintenance. SOLUTION: By separating a bearing supporting member B for journalling a turntable on an outer peripheral side and journalling a spindle of an opening/closing cover for opening and closing a piece feeding port opened on a mah-jong table on an inner peripheral side into a rotary journalling part 8 of a hollow body in which box-shaped base frame parts 8b inclining bottom surfaces to horizontal surfaces on lower parts of cylinder parts 8a are continuous and a sliding journalling part 9 in which a shaft-cylindrical cylinder part 91 is erected on one end side of a planar assembling seat plate 90, individually molding the journalling parts 8, 9 by synthetic resin materials and assembling the assembling seat plate 90 with the bottom surfaces of the base frame parts 8 by fitting the cylindrical part 91 of the sliding journalling part 9 into an inner cavity of the rotary journalling part 8, a state that an axial center line of the cylindrical part 91 is inclined to axial center lines of the cylinder parts 8a at a prescribed angle is made and the bearing supporting member B in which the rotary journalling part 8 and the slinding journalling part 9 are integrally coupled is assembled.
