MULTILAYER TUBULAR MATERIAL ASSEMBLY HAVING FOAMED OUTER LAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer tubular material used in a field of transferring a fluid adapted for transferring of the fluid containing a hydrocarbon. SOLUTION: This tubular material contains an extrusion moldable adhesive layer made of a multiphase polymer blend or a multiphase polymer alloy co- extruded on a periphery of a permeable resistant layer made of a fluoropolymer. An outer layer made of a foamed polyamide is co-extruded to a periphery of the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer made of the polymer blend or the polymer alloy has a multiphase state so that one phase of them is miscible with the fluoropolymer for forming the permeation resistant layer and another one phase is miscible with the polyamide for forming the foamed outer layer.
