PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound having excellent THI (THI cell which is one of helper T cell subset) selective suppressing action and useful as a THI-selective immunosuppressant. SOLUTION: This compound is represented by formula I R1 and R2 are each a (substituted) aryl or a (substituted)heteroryl; X is O, S, a group of the formula NR (R is H, a lower aryl or the like); Y is a 1-8C alkylene or a 2-8C alkenylene; L is a group or the like of the formula C(R3)(R4) [R3 is an aryl or the like; R4 is a group of the formula CO-R5 or R3 and R4 together form a 5-8C saturated heterocycle (excluding tetrahydrofuran, imidazolidine or the like) including carbon to which R3 and R4 are bonded]}, e.g. 1-[2-bis(4- fluorophenyl)methoxyethyl]-4-phenylpiperidine-4-carboxylic amide. The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a compound of the formula II (R1a and R2a are each an aliphatic acyl, an alkoxycarbonyl or the like) with a compound of formula III (L1a is a silyl group or the like) as starting raw materials. |
