PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove fouling stuck to the surface of a coating film and easily maintain the excellent beauty of an aluminum member, by forming a coating film layer mainly comprising organic components, on the surface of an aluminum wheel for a vehicle, and forming a coating film mainly comprising inorganic components on this coating film layer. SOLUTION: An organic coating film layer 31 is applied to the surface of a disk 1 in an aluminum wheel for a vehicle, and an inorganic coating film layer 32 is applied to the organic coating film layer 31. In this case, a thermosetting resin, e.g. an acryl resin, is suitable for the organic coating film layer 31, and a coating film interposed between a coating film which is the uppermost layer and the disk 1 may be formed with a plurality of coating film layers mainly comprising organic components, The main component of the inorganic coating film layer 32 comprises, e.g. colloidal silica, a partial hydrolysis condensate of organoalkoxysilane, and a polymer or copolymer of unsaturated ethylenic monomers.
