PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for filling and sealing a bag opened on one side, and preferably having a side fold. SOLUTION: This device has a filling station which includes a filling pipe, and is capable of preferably filling small granular or dust-like filling material. The device has various holders 50 and other to carry an empty bag 24, hold the bag by the filling station, or carry out the filled bag. A conveyor belt 30 to support the filled bag and carry out the bag from the filling station is provided below the filling station. This conveyor belt 30 has at least one stand 38 moving around two guide rollers. The conveyor belt 30 in an area below the filling station 22 is vertically moved by turning a guide roller 40, and an additional oscillation device 54 is provided below a carrying passage 28 of the conveyor belt in an area of the filling station.
