PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sliding-down of a carrier when it is pulled up on stairs. SOLUTION: A stair corner part 81 is fitted to recessed parts 52 of rotators 5 arranged on a lower part of a pulling frame of a carrier, so that the carrier can be smoolty pulled up by rotating the rotators 5 by the pulling-up force without directly contacting the pulling frame 2 with the stair corner part. The downward rotation of the rotators 5 is inhibited by a stopper 6, which prevents the sliding-down of the carrier.
