PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a corrosion fatigue strength by buttering the weld material of the same system as the material of the fluid supply position such as a nozzle and laying pipe to the inner surface side contacting to a fluid of the joined part with the fluid supply member such as the nozzle and laying pipe. SOLUTION: A safe end inner surface buttering part 10 is formed by buttering the weld metal of a carbon steel which is the same system material as the safe end 3 to the inside in which the high temperature water 7 of the safe end 3 is streamed. The piping inner surface buttering part 11 is formed on the inside in which the high temperature water 7 of the laying pipe 6 is streamed by buttering the weld metal of carbon steel which is the same system material as the laying pipe 6. Therefore, the base material is not contacted with the high temperature water 7 in the range with the distance of some extent from the weld end 8 and as the contacting part is the weld metal with a high corrosion fatigue strength, the possibility of the generation of a corrosion fatigue crack from the weld end 8 becomes extremely low.
