PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a device in a compact size with a high efficiency by arranging a single output shaft for rotatably supporting a rotor and a first supporting member, which is connected to a second supporting member, and which is connected to a load. SOLUTION: In a first supporting member 13, pin supporting parts 13b are disposed on an outer peripheral part of a fist supporting member main body 13a at an equal spaces, and first, second, and third first-stage planetary gears 10, 11, 12 are rotatably attached to the pin supporting parts 13b by pivotally supporting pins 30. In a second supporting member 18, an output shaft connecting part 18c is formed on a center part of a second disk shaped supporting member body 18a. The output shaft connecting part 18c is formed in an oval hole shape, a third oval shaped axial part of an output shaft 7 is inserted thereto, and thereby, it is connected integratedly with the output shaft 7. The second supporting member 18 is stored in a speed reduction mechanism storage part 5e of the rotor 5.
