PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdye packaging bag capable of improving the stability of preservation of the first agent of a two-agent type hairdye. SOLUTION: A hairdye packaging bag 11 comprises a first packaging body 12 and a second packaging body 13, each being in the form of a flat bag. The first agent of two-agent type hairdye is stored in the first package body and the second agent of the two-agent type hairdye is stored in the second package body 13. The hairdye packaging bag 11 is formed of a sheet material, which has a three-layer structure comprising an aluminum film and a resin film bonded on both sides of the aluminum film. A recess 21 is made in the sheet material forming the second package body 13, and oxygen can permeate through the recess 21. In the recess 21, the through-holes of the resin film and aluminum film on the side of the external layer of the sheet material communicate with each other.
